Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your OK Repair subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if cancelled within 14 days of initial signup. Technical issues unresolved within 30 days may also qualify for refunds.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your OK Repair account.
2. Go to Billing > Cancel Subscription.
3. Follow on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
