No Physical Shipping
Since our services are related to managing and tracking repair requests, there is no physical shipping or courier delivery involved. All updates regarding service requests are shared electronically through our platform.
Device Pickup or Drop
In cases where a technician or partner handles device pickup or drop-off, such logistics are arranged directly between the customer and the respective service provider. OK Repair is not responsible for transportation of devices.
Service Timelines
The time required for completing a repair depends on the nature of the issue and the service provider’s schedule. Customers are notified about progress and completion through the app or registered contact details.
